Unlike many ETFs that have a passive investment strategy, the Q3 All-Season Active Rotation ETF is actively managed. The Adviser’s judgments about the attractiveness, relative value, or potential appreciation of a particular sector, security, commodity or investment strategy may prove to be incorrect, and may cause the Fund to incur losses.

Additional risks may include; Interest Rate Risk - in general, as prevailing interest rates rise, fixed income securities prices will fall. The longer the term of a fixed income instrument, the more sensitive it will be to fluctuations in value from interest rate changes. ETF risks – market price of an ETF’s shares may differ from its net asset value and includes a “bid ask spread” charged by the exchange specialists, market makers or other participants that trade the particular security. Sector Risk – value of its net assets will be more susceptible to the financial, market or economic events affecting issuers and industries within those sectors than would be the case for mutual funds that do not emphasize investment sectors. Active Management risks - Frequent and active trading may result in greater expenses to the Sector Rotation Fund and to the Q3 All-Season Active Rotation ETF, which may lower the Funds' performance and may result in the realization of capital gains, including net short-term capital gains. Therefore, high portfolio turnover may reduce the Fund’s returns and increase taxable distributions to shareholders.
